Stitched is a high-end, soft-furnishings manufacturer based in Randburg, Johannesburg, serving clients across South Africa. The business was originally started to fulfil the needs of interior projects and has grown to serve all types of clients, including top-tier retailers. As the business grew it was taken over by new owners in 2024 to take it to the next level of professionalism and efficiency, while still maintaining the values of highest quality at its core. The factory moved from Bertrams in the Johannesburg CBD to Randburg in 2024, where it has gone from strength to strength.

What we make

Stitched is a soft furnishing’s CMT. This means we make all kinds of interior products, but we do not do upholstery. The most popular items we produce are scatter cushions (of all different sizes and fabrics), napkins, tea towels, runners and tablecloths. Other items we make include oven- gloves, aprons, placemats, bags of all shapes and sizes, hot water bottle covers, promotional products, laptop sleeves, laundry bags, and dog beds to name a few. If you can imagine it, we can make it!

What we do

Stitched is a CMT – Cut Make Trim manufacturer. This means that our customers deliver their fabric of choice, we cut it, sew the selected product up (make), and trim the product of loose threads, press it, and quality check the item before returning the completed product back to the customer.

We work with retailers producing products for their stores; corporates producing promotional items; businesses such as hotels, lodges and catering companies needing items such as tabling or aprons; and interior decorators working on residential projects as well as larger hospitality projects such as lodges.
